一部影片，如果能令观赏者产生如「心性休息」一般的宁静与平和，那麽这样的成果，必然是由於清净的善念与上天的祝福，本片正是具备这个特点。导演苏珊皈依於藏传佛教萨迦派的究给崔津法王，自2001年起，她搬到尼泊尔居住，并开始筹备本片的拍摄，这段期间，他在佛法的闻、思、修中体悟，并且在上师的加持下，直到2007年，究给崔津法王圆寂时，历经整整六年才完成这部影片。也正是这六年间一切的因缘与体悟，让她透过本片从心表达出超越概念、超越生死的—无死密境。

本片的场景位於尼泊尔，分别是佛陀诞生地—蓝毗尼，莲师修持长寿法达到无死境界的圣地—马拉提卡，以及有著「解脱之地」称号的穆梯娜（穆斯坦地区）。尊贵的究给崔津法王生前曾告诉导演苏珊，上述的圣地非常殊胜，任何人只要看到影片中的地方，都将受益，可立即清除累劫恶业。这部影片，值得您细细品味，更珍贵的是可以帮助你做一场心性的休息。
