Why can't i buy items from the website?
At AwarenessPlace we pride ourselves on offering to our customers the very highest levels of service and support at all times. Whilst our wish is to offer you the ability to purchase items from the website, we are unfortunately unable to provide this facility at the moment, as trials and investigations into successful online ordering and delivery across Singapore are still underway.

How can i pay for my goods?
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, NETS and AP Gift Vouchers in our stores.

Delivery
Upon purchase of minimum $300 and above, we deliver at an addition fee of S$10.

Return & Exchange policy
Within 7 days of transaction, you may return damaged products in saleable condition; accompanied by the original receipt with original packaging and accessories for an exchange of a new one of the same product. In the even that a new product is not available, Awareness Place may suggest for alternative replacement or refund upon individual circumstances.
Periodicals, newspapers, out-of-print, collectible and pre-owned items may not be returned.

Refund
No refund will be given unless on special circumstances solely at the discretion of Awareness Place.

Discounts
Our stores offer a host of exciting discounts year-round on book, music, and accessories ranging from select new releases to bestsellers and the classics. visit our website or store for details.
Discounts do not apply to titles marked as "NET," periodicals, gift certificates, and non-stock special orders.

Quantity Discounts
All customers are eligible for quantity discounts on the purchase of X or more copies of the same item (including bargain books) in one purchase. These discounts are:
- 10% off for 10-19 copies of a single paperback title
- 15% off for 10-19 copies of a single hardcover title
- 15% off for 20-29 copies of a single title

Teachers & Librarians
If you are a teacher/librarian for Buddhist Organisation, and can show current proof of employment (an employee ID or pay stub), you are eligible for 15% Corporate Discount. You may wish to write in to us to apply for a Corporate Discount Card.
The 15% discount will be applied to the list price of products purchased for use in the Organisation. (DVDs, non-stock special orders, periodicals and gift certificates are excluded).

Corporate & Educational Discounts
Corporate discount are also offer to businesses, institutions, and organizations that would like to receive discounts on merchandise for use by their organization. Please write in to us for more details or to apply.
