How to…

How do I create an account?

It’s easy to sign up with us. Go to the LOG IN on the top right side of the page and click on Create an Account. Fill up all the required fields.

How do I shop online?

Simply select an item from anywhere on the site then Add the items to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, go to your MY CART on the top right side of the page to review your order.

All prices shown are correct at the time we enter them into the system. The total cost of the order shown at the checkout page is the price of the products ordered plus tax.

When you’re ready to complete your order, click the “Place Order Now” button and we will process your payment immediately. Make sure you review this page carefully. You will also be sent a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you did not receive your confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk mail.

How do I subscribe to the Awareness Place newsletter?

Our email newsletter sign up can be found in the footer of any page on the Site. Enter your email address in the form field. Our newsletter will keep you up-to-date with the latest arrivals, exclusive promotions, and limited offers.

I forgot my password – what should I do?

Go to LOGIN page and click the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link. Enter the email address associated with your account, then click "SUBMIT". We will send you an email with a link where you can create your new password. If you did not receive the email in your inbox, please check your junk mail. Please ensure your email address is entered exactly as when you first registered it (as our system is very case sensitive).

I need to change my address or other details. What should I do?

Please log in to your account to change your personal details. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the registered email address.

Ordering

How do I know if my order was received?

When you place an order you will receive an email from us. The order acknowledgement will contain your order number and order details. If you did not receive the acknowledgement email in your inbox, please check your junk mail.

Can I order over the phone?

We apologise at this time we are unable to take orders over the phone.

Are the same products offered online also available in the store?

We are unable to guarantee the same products will be available both online and in the stores.

Payment

How do I pay for my order?

Awareness Place gladly accepts major credit/debit cards, such as Visa and MasterCard and Paypal. We apologise that we are unable to accept other payment method.

Can I pay for my order with multiple cards?

Not at this moment.

Discount Codes

What are Awareness Place discount codes?

Awareness Place discount codes are codes that can be applied to your order to receive a discount.

How do I add a discount code?

When you place an order, you will see a box on the checkout page where you can enter your discountcode. After you click "Apply Coupon", the discount code will be applied and discount will appear immediately along with your order total. The discount code must be redeemed at the point of ordering process; we are unable to apply the discount code after the order has been processed. Only one discount code can be used per purchase. Please note that you will not be able to use a discount code as the only mode of payment for your order.

I forgot to add a discount code.

Unfortunately, if you did not enter your discount code at checkout, we are unable to apply it to your order once it has been placed.

I entered my discount code but it didn’t work.

Our system will always recognise valid discount codes. If the discount has not been reflected in your order total, it is likely that the code was incorrectly entered. Discount codes can only be redeemed during the placement of orders and we are unable to apply or amend once the order has been placed.

Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

You can choose to either Self-Collect at Awareness Place outlet, Normal Mail (Singapore Post) or by Registered Mail (Singapore Post).

For Normal Postage, there will be no tracking number and Awareness Place will not be responsible for any item that is damaged or lost in transit.

For Registered Postage, tracking number will be provided and item will be delivered to your doorstep of your mailing address.

What are the postage charges?

Normal Postage

  • $3.00 for total weight of ordered items less than 500g
  • $5.00 for total weight of order items more than 500g

No Tracking Number (we are unable to trace the parcel after we sent out the items via normal mail)
Items will be delivered directly to your mailing address mailbox within 3 to 5 working days after the items are sent out (as advised by SingPost). But sometimes it may take up to 7-12 working days.
We will not responsible for any parcel that is damaged or lost in transit
We strongly recommend you to use Registered Mail

Registered Postage

  • $5.50 for total Weight of Ordered Items less than 500g
  • $7.50 for total Weight of Ordered Items more than 500g
Tracking Number will be provided.
Items will be delivered to the doorstep of your mailing address within 2 working days (as advised by SingPost).

Are there any additional charges for Self-Collect at Awareness Place Outlet?

There will not be any additional charges to self-collect the order items from Awareness Place outlet during operating hours.

There are two self-collect location for your selection:
- Awareness Place @ Bras Basah
(Address :Blk 231 Bain Street, Bras Basah Complex #01-63 Singapore 180231)
- Awareness Place @ KMSPKS
(Address : 88 Bright Hill Road Singapore 574117, beside KMSPKS Reception Office)

Email will be sent to you when the order items are delivered to the collection outlet.

I received multiple boxes; did I get charged multiple delivery fees?

We know you are excited to receive your order. In the rare circumstance that you receive more than one box for your delivery, please be assured that we will only charge one delivery fee per order regardless of the number of boxes received.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do ship to Malaysia and Indonesia. The charges are based on the total weight of the ordered items.

$9.80 for total Weight of Ordered Items more than 300g to 600g
$17.00 for total Weight of Ordered Items more than 600g to 1.2kg

$38.80 for total Weight of Ordered Items more than 2kg to 3kg
$47.00 for total Weight of Ordered Items more than 3kg

Indonesia (Registered Mail Postage Fee) – Tracking Number will be provided
$11.00 for total Weight of Ordered Items less than 300g
$19.20 for total Weight of Ordered Items more than 300g to 600g
$27.50 for total Weight of Ordered Items more than 600g to 900g
$35.50 for total Weight of Ordered Items more than 900g to 1.2kg

Please note that the Retail Price and the Shipping Fee do not include the duties and other relevant taxes of the country.

Returns

What is your return policy?

If the Products Awareness Place delivers are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, Awareness Place shall have no liability to you unless you notify Awareness Place by filling up the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA )form and send to us via email within 30 days from the date of delivery.

If you notify a problem to Awareness Place under this condition, Awareness Place shall, at its option:
All Customers should examine the Products at point of delivery or purchase. If the defect or fault existed at the point of delivery or purchase but was not detected or detectable by the Customer’s examination but is later discovered within 6 months of delivery, there are 2 stages of recourse for such a Customer.

Repair or replacement will be done for any defective Product. When a Product is going to be replaced, the quality, make, model or condition of the Product should conform to the quality and fitness of the original Product. Delivery of any replacement Product under this condition shall be at your risk/expense.

A discount or a refund will be provided if repair and replacement (1) is impossible; or (2) is disproportionately and unreasonably costly. The amount of refund shall be based on the value of the Product at the time of loss.

You shall not be entitled to a return, or refund, or discount if:-
(1) You damage the Product;
(2) the Product was misused and the misuse caused the defect;
(3) the Product was tampered with by an unauthorized third party and damaged in the process; and
(4) the defect or fault was caused by ordinary wear and tear.

Where can I get the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) form?

What should I do if I have received the wrong item or my item is damaged?

In the unlikely event that you have received the incorrect or damaged item, you can contact our customer care officers at 6849 5350 or email them at onlinesale@awarenessplace.com.

Technical Issues

I am unable to process my order.

Try to place your order again – sometimes when the site is experiencing high traffic, orders do not get placed. If it still does not work, please make a note of what happens and what messages the site gives you.

Sometimes, it may be a credit card or compatibility issue. Please try an alternative browser and/or credit card to ensure it is not a compatibility problem. If you are still having problems, try deleting the cookies / caches on your computer and then log back into your account. To do this you will need to go to the “Tools” tab in your Internet browser, select “Internet Options”, then choose “Delete Cookies” and hit OK. If further problems persist please get in touch with our customer service team by visiting our Contact Us page.

An error message says my card details are incorrect.

Please make sure that you entered your details exactly as they appear on the card. The card number should be entered without any spaces. The CVV number ("Card Verification Value") is 3 digit number found on the signature strip on the back of Visa and MasterCard branded credit and debit cards.

To help us investigate your problem please include as much of the following information as possible with regards to your system:
